SPR# PCHE5MXJ73 - Fixed a problem where NSFDbCreateAndCopy vs Notes client based replication yielded different results. The Notes client automatically enforces the ECL for the current user on the database, whereby the user cannot make changes to ACL on the local replica. However, the API does not behave in the same manner.
